Returns & Exchanges: Merchandise can only be returned when a Return Authorization Number is issued by AutoFrills. Please call 425-353-7270 for a return authorization number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. To return or exchange an item, properly pack, insure, and ship by ground, prepaid. Returned items must be in original boxes and must be unused and in resalable condition. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to AutoFrills, our supplier or the manufacturer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All approved refunds will be paid by either company check, credit card credit, or account credit, to be determined by AutoFrills. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Within the contiguous 48 states:
Shipping and Handling charges vary with each product. Charges on most items range from $10 to $30. Some items have to ship at the 30lb rate because the box is oversized ($20 - $40) Some heavy items like grille guards can run between $60 and $150. To see shipping charges for a particular item, add the item to your cart, then click on "view cart" or "checkout" (you can delete it later if you decide to).

Note: There are additional charges for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally. We will contact you with the amount of any additional shipping charges to get your approval before charging your credit card.

If you need to expedite your order via 2nd day or next day air, please notate this in the "Comments" box on the order form and we will contact you for approval of additional shipping charges.

Free Shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Free Shipping offers do not apply to items that are considered oversize by UPS and need to be trucked. Free Shipping offer is not available for International orders or to items going to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or APO’s.

In the case of a return, AutoFrills.com's original shipping cost will be deducted from credit amount, on items shipped free.

AutoFrills.com reserves the right to end or change free shipping offers at any time. All special orders, custom orders, or drop ship orders, must be paid in full at the time of order. All special orders, custom orders and drop ship orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, AutoFrills will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order or custom order items. No refunds/returns on headlight replacement bulbs. Any refused shipment sent back to AutoFrills does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with AutoFrills for the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment. In addition, some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom and special orders include: (but not limited to) bras, floor mats, "custom-fit" car covers.

No merchandise will be accepted for return after 15 days of receipt.
