- How
to order:
To order a product on our online store,
click on the " item # ". On the next page, enter the
quantity and press the "Add To Order" button (you can
delete it later if you decide to). The item will then go into
your personal shopping basket. You can review the items in you
shopping basket any time by clicking on "view cart" or
"checkout". You then can finalize your purchase or
continue shopping. To modify the quantity of an item in your
basket, enter the quantity desired next to the item in basket
and press the update button. To
delete an item simply click on delete.
- Phone
& Fax orders:
For phone or fax orders, under payment method, select
"phone or fax". Fill in the order form, click on
"Complete Order", print this page and fax to
206.729.8366 or call 206.729.7523.
- Shipping
& Handling Charges:
Within the contiguous 48 states:
Shipping and Handling charges vary with each product. Charges on
most items range from $7 to $11. Some items have to ship at the
30lb rate because the box is oversized ($14 - $20) Some
heavy items like grille guards can run between $20 and
$40. To see shipping charges for a particular item, add to
your cart, then click on "view cart" or
"checkout" (you can delete it
later if you decide to).
Note: There are additional charges for shipping to Hawaii,
Alaska and Canada. We will contact you with the amount of any
additional shipping charges to get your approval before charging your credit card.
If you need to expedite your order via 2nd day or next day air,
please notate this in the "special instructions" box
on the order form and we will contact you for approval of
additional shipping charges.
- Terms and
Conditions:
All products sold with manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty
expressed or implied. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Claims for
damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within three (3)
days. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for your carrier
inspection. Auto Frills cannot initiate claims for you. Auto Frills will not be
responsible or liable for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind. In no
event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Returns & Exchanges: Merchandise can only be returned when a Return
Authorization Number is issued by Auto Frills. Returns without a Return
Authorization Number will be refused. To return or exchange an item,
properly pack, insure, and ship by ground, prepaid. Returned items must be in original
boxes and must be unused and in resalable condition. No return or exchange on
merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or
defaced will be allowed. A refund or exchange will not be considered until all
relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Auto Frills, our supplier
or the manufacturer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All
approved refunds will be paid by either company check, credit card credit, or account
credit, to be determined by Auto Frills. It is the responsibility of the
customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before
installation.
All special orders, custom orders, or drop ship orders, must be paid in full at the time
of order. All special orders, custom orders and drop ship orders will be processed in the
most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Auto Frills will not be held
responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or
exchanges on special order or custom order items. No refunds/returns on
headlight replacement bulbs. Any
refused shipment sent back to Auto Frills does not constitute the right to a refund or
credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Auto Frills
for
the refused shipment. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges
associated with the shipment. In addition, some items may be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Custom and special orders include: (but not limited to) bras, floor mats,
"custom-fit" car covers.
No merchandise will be accepted for return after 15 days of receipt.
